Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Separation

My wife wants a divorce and wants me to move out of the house.

I am not sure I want a divorce or move out. We are not arguing and the house is in both our names. We have lived in the house for 15 years. What are my options.

Re: Separation

Hire an attorney as quickly as possible. This doesn't mean that a divorce is necessary, but you need to protect your rights. Until you have sought competent counsel do not move out of the house.

When one party decides a partnership is over, there often isn't much to be done but clean up and move on. You can try counseling and mediation. , but that should come in as you secure competent counsel.

I'd be happy to discuss this matter with you if you contact me directly.
