Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

help for my son's sake
My ex is with a 20yr.old and I really do not want my son around her because of her back ground and her rep and not only that my son don't even like her my ex tells him he has to deal with it as long as she around he has to like it and my son is not dealing with it at all I have him in counsling because his father wants him when he feels like dealing with him and for about 4 months he hasn't seen him because of her what can I do about this

If there is a custody order your ex can make you live up to it. If there isn't a custody order you should get one in place.

The standard in custody matters is best interest of the child.

You don't say how old your child is. Your child's age will determine how much weight if any will be given to his wishes.
