Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

spousal support

I have been ordered to pay spousal support amount

of $184 per wk. My net monthly salary is $3000

and hers is $1000. Children ages are 22 and 26.

I feel this is excessive due to the amount of my

monthly bills w/o support and food is $2400.

Also, will support decrease after divorce is

final. I also must pay her co-pay on medical.

She also filed seperate on taxes which left me

with tax bills of $5200. Am I getting a fair

decision and should I fight this if not?

Re: spousal support

Generally, spousal support ends when a divorce decree is entered. However, APL and/or alimony could continue afterwards. Before being able to determine whether your support order is correct, there is some additional information that is needed. If you would like to contact me, I would be happy to discuss this with you further.
