Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My spouse bought his mother's house 15 years ago for a $1. Is this considered a gift? My name is not on deed. If divorce should ever occur am I entitled to anything with this house.

Actually if you look at many deeds a lot of houses they were brought for $1. Whether its a gift or not doesn't matter. If he acquired the house while you're married to him.you own it jointly. If you divorce you would be entitled to a property settlement.
