Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Support

My kids have lived with me for the last year. Now ex changed her mind. So she manipulated them ...my kids love her...and don't want to hurt her. Anyhow, now she has them. However, I have custody papers stating they are to be with me 3 days out of the week. Though I can't reach them in order to see them. Will the custody order hold up when determining the support payment I will have to provide. I would fight for custody but thers know way she would consent to it. She wants the money and my kids are a fraid to hurt her. She's telling them she's dying, she bought them a home, she a nut! I was paying 12000 a month before. If I have my kids three days a week on a custody order will I have to pay that much again?

Re: Support

Three days would probably not relieve you of an obligation to pay child support. However, if you recieved one more day every 2 weeks and you be at 50% and your obligation could be terminated. If she is not allowing you to see the children or providing a means to communcate with them she is probably in contempt of court and could be forced to pay sanctions or even face jail time. You should contact an attorney to discuss this as soon as possible. I offer free consultations.
