Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

visitation rights

I am the custodial parent and my ex-husband wants a week uninterruped visit with our 6 year old daughter. He will not tell me where he is taking her on vacation. Does he have to notify me of where he is taking her before he leaves. I'm thinking he is taking her out of the state of PA.

Re: visitation rights

Unless there is a prior court order restricting him from doing so he is able to go out of state. He would be unable to leave the country. If there was an issue federal law requires all the states to enforce other state court orders. I offer free consultations.
