Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I have seen this question posted several times and it looks like you are awaiting a response before taking any action. This site as well as other question and answer legal sites, are more so geared towards attorney's answering basic legal questions for educational purposes, not to teach someone how to proceed in a case. This site or any other site, should not be used as a substitute for the advice of an attorney who is familiar with all of the facts of your case. Without knowing all of the details, it is impossible to provide accurate legal advice beyond the advice that an attorney should be retained. Furthermore, civil procedure is very complicated and the local and state rules must be followed or you risk doing damage to the case.

For those reasons, I would highly suggest that you retain a lawyer. If you can't afford an attorney, I would suggest that you contact your local bar association to see if there is any pro bono help for you.

If you insist in proceeding without an attorney, I would suggest that you carefully read the PA Rules of Civil Procedure along with the local rules of Court for your county. Many Courts also have a self help center for people proceeding without a lawyer. This is normally found in a packet in the law library of the county court. Those rules should point you in the right direction, but, you may need the help of a lawyer to be able to fully understand the rules.
