Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Defamation/Malicious acts

A co-worker is attempting to get me fired by making false accusations. This person has also committed small malicious acts (such as killing my Beta fish) that causes me concern that these acts and accusations may escalate to jeopardize my personal safety. Do I have legal recourse?

Re: Defamation/Malicious acts

If the person is lying about you to other people you can sue them for defamation. You can also sue them for destruction of property.
