Fraudulent debit charges/use of card

I have an account with a company that used my debit card for unauthorized charges. They admitted they made a mistake, but would not put it back in the bank. Can I get them legally for this? What proof would I need?

The easiest thing to do is simply make a written demand that they credit your debit card for the unauthorized charges outlining what the charges were, the dates that the charges were made, and the fact that you did not authorize the charges.

After that, if they do not re-credit your account or respond, it should be a slam dunk in front of a District justice if you file a Complaint in small claims,
