Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Lawsuit

My husband of 15 years has left me for his supervisor at his place of employment. They are keeping it quiet as i understand these are grounds for termination as wegmans has strict policies against this. I have 3 months of phone bills of him and his boss texting up to 20 time a days and talking over 3000 minutes a month is ther any way i can bring a lawsuit against wegmans for emotional distress or anything else

No. Its not the employer's fault that you you husband took up with his boss. To the contrary the employer sought to discourage such incidents by making such activity grounds for termination.
