How to protect against False Accusations

My husband and I run a childcare business from my home and a parent wants to enroll her child but the child's father has previously falsely accused at least 3 people of molesting the child. Is there a way to protect ourselves/business or should we just not accept the child into our childcare home?

Re: How to protect against False Accusations

There's no full proof way to protect yourself from false allegations. I suppose you could have constant security camera video that is downloaded and permanently stored and which covers the entire premises...but that would be hugely expensive. To me, this seems like an invitation to trouble, and I'd certainly recommend staying away.
