Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

retrieving my personal property

My brother agreed to store a stove for me till I moved, he has since given the stove to his neighbor to use,(she claims she bought it)without my permission, and will not give it back, and has threatened me if I come to get it.I have proof it belongs to me(proof of where and when it was purchased with a credit card.

Re: retrieving my personal property

You asked about recovering property.

You haven't got a clear claim but it is arguable. You do not have the right to recover the property yourself.

You could make a small claim action against the brother and possibly the neighbor.

Roger
