Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My son and his girlfriend thought they were winning a trip. they went to the King Of Prussia Mall in Pa. the next thing they now owe $200 a month for 7 years for a total of $16,000 for 30 future

condos to stay in. My son is 20. his girlfriend is out of work and put babysitting as her job.

they feel they were fraudulently deceptive. do you think they can get out of a contract with

Sundance Vacations? I think it is deceptive advertising. Please help

It depends on the facts many times you can get out of such contracts but it depends on the entire factual situation. certainly false misrepresentations would be a unfair trade practice which may give you some recourse as well as misleading advertising. I suggest you schedule an appointment with an attorney to discuss the situation. You also may want to file a complaint with the Pennsylvania office of atorney general rearding consumer complaints.
