Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Superior Court

I filed a brief in a civil suit appeal to superior court. In turn each defendent was to have filed a brief in response. 2 haven't. How is judgement entered against them? and do I have to do something to have this entered. Thank You

Appellate Briefs are generally late and the appellate courts routinely grant multiple extensions of time to file briefs and even allow briefs to be filed nunc pro tunc (now for then) or past the time when they are due. At one time the sanction for filing a late appellate brief was to disallow oral argument to the party filing late.
