Water Runnoff
Hello. I have a new neighbor who drastically altered the land behind me and Now I get approx 50% more water into my hose, Basement and Yard. What is PA law when it comes to situations like this? Thanks

Your neighbor cannot divert water onto your land. This is something that is best handled informally or, at worst, at the MDJ level. The courts do not take this as seriously as they should.
