motion to reopen

I missed my court date for an immigration and just filed a motion to reopen.on average how long does it take for the judge to grant or deny the motion?

Well, it all depends on the Immigration Judge. Some of them are fast, and others are slow. Some of them care and some of them do not. It really should not take more than a week or two, but it all depends on the reasons for the failure to appear. Good luck!
