sponsoring an alien

how do i sponsor an illegal alien who has an approved application pending waiting on priority date that is 5 years behind.

Very simple...if the Labor cert was filed before April 30, 2001...then he is under 245(i)....we can tranfer the case to your company...the job has to be very similar as described in the previous application.
