Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

I came to the USA at the age of 8, I have a boyfriend whom is a US citizen. I think there may be a chance that I might get deported since I came here illegally since my boyfriend wants to file for my petition. If i file for the Deferred Action, will there still be a chance to get deported if my boyfriend files the petition for me?
