Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

Health insurance fraud

We talked to an insurance agent about health insurance. He came by our house and explained everything and we wrote him a check. We received copies of documents he submitted to the insurance company on our behalf. When we examined them we found the information we had given him was incorrect and that he had forged mine and my wifes name on those documents. He told assured us that federal law states that we had 30 days to pay our premium with our then

current insurance company. Well, that was not the case and we now have NO health insurance because of this. We filed a complaint to the PA insurance dept. on 25 Mar 04 and have not received an answer. Is there anything we can do about this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you
