Pennsylvania limited tort laws petaining to medical insurance

I was involved in a car accident and the other party admitted rear ending me. We both ave the same ins. co. Its been over a year now and my medical billos have exceeded $20,000.00. I carry a $100,000.00 for auto medical. Am OI entitle to colledcting for any part ofl this ?
