Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

False court document

I moved in to a rental property on july 1st. My landlord agreed to let me pay the security deposit in installments. She did not give me specific amounts. I sent her

141 on 7/05/05

100 on 7/25/05

100 on 8/10/05

the deposit was 550.00 so i now owe her 209.00.

I did not here anything from her to say that the payment amount or schedule was a problem. I received a 5 day notice from the courts. The document looks false it is typed, but my name is written in with a ink pen. When i called the district court office it was filed from. My landlord answered the phone as the secretary. This is her place of employment.I know that this was not an authentic court document. What kind of laws is she breaking? What should i do?

Re: False court document

You should retain legal counsel immediately to consult with them on this subject, without reviewing the documents my commentary would only be speculative in nature. However, please be advised that the Landlord CANNOT evict you without a District Justice hearing and an order of possession.

If you wish to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact my office at 412.731.0865 or www.AlleghenyAttorneys.com.
