Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I moved into my home that we rent on August 24, 2009. 2 weeks later I had my daughter on Sepetember 8, 2009. My previous landlords sold the house in May of 2010. She just turned one on September 8, 2010 and was given a routine lead screening test. She has elevated blood lead levels. My current landlord is taking care of the repairs that need to be made in my home to remove the lead. I read on my local health department website that if there is a possibility of lead being in your home, it must disclosed on the lease. We are not currently on a lease, but I still do have a copy of my lease and it says nothing about the possibility of lead in my home. Can I file a suit against my previous landlords for not disclosing this information to me?
