Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
Hello! Just a quick question. What happens if I currently have a lease with someone and I sign a new lease halfway between my first lease, and for some reason I were to get evicted at the end of my first lease for non-payment. What happens to the second lease I signed?

Seriously. He wanted you out bad enough to pay for an eviction so you want him back as a landlord. Do you think he wants you as a tenant?
