Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Judge

I would like to know where to go or who to call to file a complaint against a district justice who seriously mistreated me and told my daughter that if she didn't plead guilty to a trumped up charged she would be going to jail. THERE Is alot more to this so i would like to know where to turn for help.

Your best bet is to consult an attorney for specific legal advice. I don't handle criminal cases, but my understanding of the plea bargaining process is that a defendant who insists on going to trial has a greater risk of serving time, or more time. If your daughter wasn't represented by counsel, the judge may simply have been trying to make sure she understood the risks. If she was, then you should listen to that attorney.
