Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

can i sue broward county florida for not notifing me of her death and why she past away when in the police report it state that her injuries were not life threating 15 days later she dies???? please help me im not really sure what it would be but i feel that there should be some kind of justice
