Have list everthing to date due to introduction of drugs in military. I was sworn into service as a minor (17 years old) from June 27, 1979 to November 22, 1979 I was a minor.

If you enlisted as a minor your parent (or legal guardian) signed for and with you. Therefore it's likely you have a voluntary enlistment.

I'm not certain you have any course of action anyway due to the passage of time. There are various statutes and regulations that set statutes of limitations for military personnel actions. 3 yrs for AF Board for Correction of Military Records, from date of discharge; 6 yrs for federal court; etc.
