Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

air bags

I was wondering if you could please help me out. I was involved in a car accident in July and the air bags in the car never came out and the car was hit in front on the drivers front. Who would be responsible for this the car maker or the car dealer since it was bought used. I was not the driver I was the passanger. Also the lot in which the was was bought from rolled back the miles on the car, it was rolled back 3,000 miles. I was told by a cop this is no big deal that nothing can be done for 3,000 miles. Please get back to me thank you

Re: air bags

First of all, were you hurt. If you were not, the airbag issue is irrelevant. Secondly, unless the car had side airbags, front airbags deploy on frontal impacts. If you were injured, and are looking for an attny, you may call me at 800-310-4800.
