Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Agreement of Sale

We recently signed an agreement of sale for the purchase of our property. The buyers have stopped all communcation with us. As far as we know they have a mortgage commitment. Can they get out of the contract or is there a certain amount of time that must pass before the agreement of sale expires. We are afraid the changed their mind, but both parties did sign the agreement.

Re: Agreement of Sale

If they don't complete the sale you are entitled to the earnest money they put in escrow.

Where is the real estate agent or for that matter your attorney?

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
