my name is on a deed with others as tenant in common, but I did not sign the deed. do i still have a share?

If you were the grantee and the property was transferred to you as a tenant in common you would not have to execute the deed. If you had an interest prior to receiving the deed as tenant's in common and were the grantor and were conveying an interest to some one else then you would have to sign.
