Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-husband, who remarried but is deceased, and I own property (land) together and our names are on the deed. I'd like to know if I am the sole owner now or if I share ownership with his current wife (widow)?

you should review the deed with an attorney. Also review any property settlement entered into after the divorce. It is possible that even if the property was listed as joint with survivorship rights that upon your divorce it was converted into tenants by common by operation of law since you were no longer husband and wife. in that case you own undivided half interest in common with spouse of your ex husband. in any event review the facts and deed with an attorney and quickly at that.
