Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I have filed all required lien forms on property with no responses. Property was transferred by title co. with lien on the books . I have filed notice of foreclosure and now want to foreclose. What form do I use and how?

In order to process a foreclosure action there are many technical notice requirements. In addition you must then file a foreclosure action by complaint. I suggest you consult with an attorney. While it is conceivable you can do it yourself I believe it would be a mistake and strongly urge consulting with an attorney before you take further action. I am not sure I understand what you mean you have filed all required lien forms with no response.
