What recourse do I have when the finance company involved in the sale of my home has not paid me the money from the sale?

I am not sure what you mean by your question. Usually the finance company would be working with the buyer and not the seller of a property. If you mean the title company, then you need to get a copy of your settlement sheet to an attorney and have them demand your proceeds. If you need help, you can contact me at (215) 568-7168.
