my landlord likes to enter without knocking or notice she is coming over and even when we are not home, things are moved and doors are left unlocked. she put it in the lease that she is aloud to do that but said she never would.. what can i do?

You need to assert your rights as a tenant. No landlord is allowed to enter a dwelling without proper notice to and permission from the tenant except in exigent circumstances. You need to send the landlord written notice stating that you revoke any authority that seemingly was granted in the lease. And if she balks or enters again bring a claim in the local courts charging her with trespass.

You should of course do this through an attorney. And, by the way, she can't refuse to renew your lease just because you object to an illegal term in it.
