Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I live in PA and had a bankruptcy that was discharged in 2004. My mortgage thru beneficial was part of the bankruptcy, but I have kept the payments current all these yrs, 2001-present. My question is, if I sell the property now, for a profit, can I keep the proceeds from the sale? Beneficial will not give me an answer.

Why wouldn't you? Assuming you can sell the house for a price greater than what is currently owed on the mortgage who else is entitled to what you get? All Beneficial can get out of you is the net to close out the mortgage. Who else would get the proceeds?

PS: Call me if you like. The call will be free that should fit in anybody's budget.
