Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I have been living at residence 17 years paying taxes on my house and garage and yard. Now my neighbor is putting a new house trailer on his property and is saying we have to remove our lean tube and that part of our garage because he is saying he got land surveyed and they said its on his land. The house I live in and garage And leant tube was here long before we moved in. When we moved in it was surveyed and they told us it was ours and we have been paying taxes on all of it for all this time. What should we do? He is saying and putting notes up saying we need to remove our lean tube and part of garage.

Well have you seen the survey? How does it compare to the survey that was done when you brought the property? FYI 17 years is not long enough to gain the lan by adverse possession.

you might be ok but you need a lawyer to review the documents and determine if and when the error was made on the property line. Find a local lawyer with real estate experience.
