In pennsylvania, can the name on a deed be changed with a copy of the will pro se?

You can't change the name on a deed. Deeds are like receipts they are a historical record of a sale. So to get the name changed the current owners must give a new deed to the new owners. You can no more change a filed deed as you can change yesterday's check out receipt from Acme.
