Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I got divorced 2 years ago and left my ex stay in the house, the mortgage is in both our names. She didnt pay the mortgage for 8 months and then she just abandoned the property, I called the mortgage company and they said I could pay it up to date to stop foreclosure, I got re-married a year ago, is it legal for me to move back into the house, and if so, is there any way I can legally make her sign it over to me and get her name off the house since she abandoned it?

Did you have a property agreement as part of the divorce?
