Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I share an apartment with my boyfrend. Have for the past 2 years. He is now $1500 behind in rent with no foreseeable payments coming in. Is it possible to have hime removed, taken off the lease? There are other issues in the relationship that make it impossible for me to see supporting him.

You would have totalk to your landlord. It is unlikely he would not hold both of you responsible for the delinquent rent.
