Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I've signed a contract to buy a house.

Can another offer be accepted on said house, after all paperwork has been signed and just waiting for my lender to get me the money?

Generally, no, if both you and the seller have signed, but you should take your contract to a local real estate lawyer to review and advise you about your rights and obligations.

If your offer was accepted and the terms of the deal are that the seller is allowing you time to secure a mortgage then the seller can't take another offer.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me, the initial consultation is free.
