Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Tree in One Location, Leaves Landing in my Courtyard

Homeowners Group owns the tree. The tree is one level above my courtyard. The leaves are falling into my courtyard, clogging the drain, creating floods. Have to go to the expense of having someone keep the courtyard free of leaves.

Who should be responsible? I have asked the homeowners group to replace the tree with an evergreen.

I think you should sue god. Damned trees should be sent to live there lives out in isolation, away from people. That's it, we'll create gulags for trees. People live in cities and trees can go skip and play and do whatever else it is that trees do. Oh, wait, that's why we have Maine and Minnesota.

You're responsible for cleaning up the leaves. Look for a solution that will solve the problem. How about making a dome cover for the drain from some chicken wire?
