Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

harrasment

A man I work with attempted to touch my breast twice. He also made a comments when he attempted. I filled out a statement, & so did a witness. The man was fired. Can he bring any legal action on me? I just want this incident to be over. He has tried to get his job back. I was going to help him but he made outrageous accusations against me. So I told the union he was on his own.

Re: harrasment

Not really, unless you defamed him. If you are not happy with the way your job has handled the problem, you may have a claim against your employer. Feel free to call or e-mail me directly, and I'll provide you with some helpful information and a short questionnaire to determine how much you may be entitled to recover.

Re: harrasment

The bad news is that he could sue. The good news is that anyone can sue anyone for anything. This is good news because judges know this and there are ways to have frivolous suits dismissed. As long as you were truthful you should be fine.
