Rights og Individual Charged in Case

I have been charged in a sexual harrassment case at my business. I am president of the company. If the charges have been made in writing do I have a right to see what these charges say and who has made them?

If the charges have been made with the EEOC, you will likely see them and will certainly know who made the charges. If it is an internal complaint made within your company, there aren't set standards.
