Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

supervisor let it happen.

i was wondering what i could do that i had a case where i was asked to perform sexual favors and asking me how i have sex with my wife. and telling me how i should have sex with my wife. trying to show me his wang. and at this job the supervisor was around at the time and did not say a thing to the man about this at all. what can i do

if the facts are as you allege and assuming the company has the requisite number of employees, it sound like you may have an actionable claim. You should contact the local office of the Pennylvania Human Relations Commisiion and/or the EEOC. You alo should consult with an attorney. Time is of the essence as there are time frames involved which can have effect the claim.
