Legal Question in Tax Law in Pennsylvania
I currently owe the IRS $1,600.00. I do have a $60/month payment plan in place and do try to pay more. I am also $15,000 in credit card debt. I read about Form 843. Would this apply to me. I would like to ask the IRS to either wipe out the debt, settle for less or stop charging interest.

No, Form 843 would not be the right one to file in this situation.
