Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

Pulled over on suspended license

I have been with out a PA license(dui) since Jan1. this year. I was pulled over in front of my house after driving 2 miles to pick up my kids. The officer said someone reported I was driving w/o a license.

Can I be pulled over for no reason?

If so wat can I do to fight this, it can be 60days in jail

Often an attorney can get a plea bargain to reduce it to a regular driving under suspension. If not you may have a defnse in that the stop may have been improper. I highly recommend speaking with an attorney. I offer free consultations.

Re: Pulled over on suspended license

You were pulled over for a reason. The reason was that you were driving without a license. If they know that, or have a tip that it's the case and they verify, then they can pull you over because you were violating the law.
