Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

There is 10 siblings dealing with a family house which was left to them by their desceased parents and 1 sibling gave 8 siblings the share of what each sibling was to get from the house. It has not gone to interest court yet however the estate tax, all costs, property taxes are paid in full. Each sibling signed a notorized contract stating that they were giving up their share of property and excepting the 1 siblings buy out. Is this legal or not and if its not legal what can I do right now to make it legal without having to go to court?

You need to follow all of the probate procedures under Pennsylvania law. You can avoid court by executing a family settlement agreement. I strongly urge you to have an attorney draft this document. Probate law is not contract law.
