Can a joint checking acc with the deceased and 2 sons on the acc be used to pay inhertance taxes on pod acc,s befor the estate is closed

Funds in a joint checking account usually go to the survivors on the account. They can do what they want with the money. If they want to use it to pay inheritance taxes on other things, that is ok.
