property judgement of deceased mother against children

I have received a judgement against me regarding my deceased mother's property. I live in Dayton,OH and the property is in Pittsburgh PA. I am not an executor

of the estate,how can I avoid this?

Without knowing more facts, I assume the judgment against your mother is a lien on the property in PA and you are being notified that the lien exists. That's the only way it appears you could be liable. It's not a personal liability but a lien on property you own with others. I suggest you contact the attorney handling the probate in PA and get an explanation and all the facts.
