my neighbor is leaving me his property when he dies.........but he has nephews can they contest thank you

I can't tell from your question, but if he has a will properly drafted and signed, then the nephews should not be able to contest. If you want to be safe, you can have us prepare a new will for him that will revoke the prior will and ensure that the nephews will likely not be able to challenge it. Will challenges can be costly for both sides, and the stronger the will language, the less likely the nephews can prevail. If you stand to inherit the entire estate, the relatively minor investment now in a will is worth it. Feel free to contact our offices.
