Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I am collecting $380.00 a wk from workmens comp. A lawyer I retained says

he can raise that to $590.00. He then says that I will owe him

20% of the $590.00 I think I should only pay a percentage of the increase of

the $210.00. Can someone tell me whats right

There is no "right". Fees are negotiable. The standard fee is 20%. If you think the atty should only be paid 20% of the increase he creates, tell him that. If he won't alter his fee agreement, you can always hire somebody else.
